About Us

Poppylarity’s main focus is the re-purpose of vintage tablecloths, linens and fabric into new
clothing and accessory items. All our clients agree that these eye catching designs draw
customers into their stores with feelings of nostalgia. Most people remember certain
tablecloths prints from their grandmother's house or their own home while growing up.
Because of the nostalgia, children are stopped in public by other parents or grandparent as
they reminisce over the prints worn by the child. These clothing pieces are a way to display
and enjoy a great collectible. We are dedicated to minimizing landfill waste and using our
scrap material towards fun accessory pieces.

Owner, Abigail Vargas, lives near Sacramento in Elk Grove, CA with her husband and two
sons. Abigail started Poppylarity five years ago with one design, the classic dress. She has
added at least a dozen new designs during that time and this year her business is expanding
beyond California. Specialty boutiques love her line for its uniqueness and that it is 'Made in
the USA' and not overseas.
